The past is never fully in the past. It shows up in our bodies, our relationships, and our reactions today. Sometimes it’s one painful event, and sometimes it’s years of carrying more than anyone should have to. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to sort through it alone.

I believe healing happens in both the mind and the body. Talking about what happened matters, but so does noticing what your body has been holding onto. My work draws on EMDR, somatic therapy, ego state and parts work, and attachment focused therapy. Together, these approaches help us gently process painful memories, calm an overwhelmed nervous system, get to know the different parts of you that have been working hard to protect you, and understand how your earliest relationships still shape the way you connect today.

I’m an active and transparent therapist. You’ll always know what we’re doing and why. You are the expert on your own life, and I see my role as a collaborator who brings tools, curiosity, and steady support to the process. We’ll set goals together, move at a pace that feels safe, and adjust as we go.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have experience supporting people in crisis as well as those looking for longer term growth. I have specialized experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, along with depression, anxiety, trauma, and the everyday stressors that can quietly wear us down.
