Mental Health Therapist

Iron City Counseling is a growing private mental health group practice located in Hoover, AL. We are a team of licensed clinicians providing quality mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to provide individual, couples, and family counseling.

Position Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of records related to clients’ treatment

  • Prepare and maintain all required treatment documentation

  • Provide individual therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and weekly individual sessions

Position Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher

  • Licensed as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Current insurance panel credentialing is strongly preferred.

  • Must have a reliable laptop
