Alden Battle, M. Ed
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I take a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach, grounded in curiosity and without judgement. I believe that you are the expert on your own experiences, and my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, better understand yourself, and work toward the changes you want to make.
I’m passionate about supporting individuals with eating disorders and navigating the many layers of their experiences. I also have experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and life transitions. I strive to create a space where clients can be honest, explore what’s underneath their struggles, and feel supported as they move forward.
Wherever you are in your journey, I’d be honored to meet you there and walk alongside you.
Alden plans to receive licensure supervision by Erica Wilbanks MS, LPC-S #03406.
